### How do I take orders without all the DMs?

Post one menu link. Customers choose items and pickup or delivery, and you get the complete order in Telegram.

### How do customers pay me?

The way they do now: cash, a bank transfer or whatever you already use. We don't process payments or take a cut.

### Do my customers need an app?

No. The menu opens as a normal web page, and customers order without signing up.

### Do I need Telegram?

Yes, you do: orders arrive in your Telegram. Your customers don't need it. They order from your menu link in any browser.

### I'm not technical. Is it hard?

No. There's nothing to build or install. We do the setup for you.

### I already take orders with a form or a spreadsheet. Why switch?

You stop copying orders by hand. The customer fills in the order, so it reaches you complete: items, contact and pickup or delivery.
